This is used for day old chicks and also baby quail.

It is a medicated feed which helps prevent coccidiosis which is one of the most common problems when rearing chicks.

We use this for the first 8 weeks of chick rearing, slowly changing over to growers pellets in a 2 week period.

When chicks are with a Broody hen both the hen and chicks will eat this for the first few days as the Mother Hen teaches her off spring to peck.
